What Is TRX?

Did you know that your body weight can provide just as challenging a workout as using dumbells, kettlebells or semi-truck tires? TRX stands for Total Resistance Exercises and is a strength training workout utilizing stationary straps. Your own body weight becomes the resistance. Low impact exercise great for beginners, seniors, and advanced athletes. Taught by certified instructors to keep you safe and motivated.
