What is a Weightlifting Class?

At Bishop Strength and Wellness, our Group Weightlifting class is designed to help improve your form in weightlifting. This class will focus on Deadlifts, Back Squats, Front Squats, and Bench Presses. We want you to feel confident and minimize risk of injury with knowledgeable instruction provided by instructors trained and certified in weightlifting.

 

Classes are intended for beginners and experienced weightlifters, we will be able to assist you individually no matter what level your are at. Cardio and Volume will be gained in each class with a short "finisher" accessory workout to tone and build muscle.
