What Is Bootcamp?

If you’re looking for a total body workout that will challenge your fitness and burn fat, this is the class for you. Our Bootcamp workout is built around stations using body weight and free weights intertwined with aerobic movements to get your heart rate going. Push yourself hard through several exercises in this entertaining one-hour long class and increase strength and improve cardio endurance. This is a high intensity class that will be sure to get your heart rate up and help to improve your fitness.
