What Is Spin & Sculpt?

This Spin/Sculpt combo class is a great full body class. In this low impact class you can count on your legs burning and your heart-pumping, just from the stationary bike. Then we will move to the mats where we will focus on toning and strengthen your body. If you are looking for focus on core strength, classes with Jessica will be perfect for you. If you want to a full-body tone up try out Kelly and Sarah's combo class.

You can't go wrong with either class, both will deliver you a great workout on and off the bike.
