Established for the Bishop Community in 2010 we have longed to make members healthier through community fitness and group instruction. We have made it our mission to teach members how to build strength, mobility, strong character, and spirit through fitness. Whether you’re new to fitness, or a master of the craft, Bishop Strength and Wellness can help wash away the stresses, shaping a stronger, better you. We strive to help in any way we can with several options available to start your journey.
Join us in class and train your way to a healthy body and mind. These techniques build a strong body from which one can transition into more advanced stages, including a diversity of coordination and modifications to suit a range of difficulties, from beginner to advanced.
Join us for Spin Class for a full hour of fitness, and fun, that’ll have your heart pumping in no time. Spin is the best choice in beginning your fitness journey as it allows for low impact, active movement, and cardio building. The high level of cardio will bring you to a new level of weight loss and strength. This class is a great supplement to help with a transition to more advanced classes.
Come join for the best Yoga and Pilates Training offered to the community. This course will help young and old build strength, balance, and coordination.
Boot Camp is a full hour of instructed aerobic training utilizing stations. The motivation provided by the instructors will keep you moving and get your heart pumping. Mental and physical strength are just a couple of the attributes one can earn from this class. Join us to working for a better you!
Some of the best HIIT Training a person can partake in as it pushes your body to its limit in strength and cardio. With instructed classes form and technique are encouraged to help build a healthy you. Strength training at a new level! Come join in the fun.
The TRX System, or Total Resistance Exercises, refers to a specialized form of suspension training. TRX is a form of suspension training that uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously.
